My mission is to provide the best Apple tech support, training services and website development in Northern Nevada with a customer-first approach. My philosophy is – technology can be simple.
For many people technology can be intimidating. Wanting to help my clients simplify their technology became clear to me during the course of my career. I strive to make the experience positive, informative, and valuable. Whether its hardware & software troubleshooting, website design/social media marketing, or learning to use Keynote, SimpleTech can assist.
I was fortunate to have worked at Apple for over 10 years. My tenure at Apple granted me the opportunity to work in a wide array of different areas including trainer, lead hardware/software technician, and manager. As a trainer, I facilitated one-on-one and group training sessions on Apple software. As a lead technician, I diagnosed and repaired hardware and software on all Apple devices. As a manager, I focused on the customer service experience for my colleagues and customers. Overall, my vast experience with Apple taught me the valuable skills that make me uniquely qualified to provide easy, friendly, and accessible service to my clients.
I understand the day-to-day challenges my clients face and am able to support their technological needs. While I focus on Apple products, I also hold a CompTIA A+ certification to support Window-based systems to better service my clients needs.
