About Chris Mayhew
For many people technology can be intimidating. Wanting to help my clients simplify their technology became clear to me during the course of my career. I strive to make the experience positive, informative, and valuable. Therefore, my mission is to provide the best Apple support, training services and website development in Northern Nevada.
I was fortunate to have worked at Apple for over 10 years. My tenure at Apple granted me the opportunity to work in a wide array of different areas including trainer, lead hardware/software technician, and manager.
As a trainer, I facilitated one-on-one and group training sessions on all Apple software. Clients and I collaborated on their goals and what they wanted to achieve through the training process. Then we implemented a strategy to support their development to meet their business goals ranging from developing project workflows and templates, to individualized training to support their business growth long term.
As a lead technician, I diagnosed and repaired hardware and software on all Apple devices. Determining what issues clients were experiencing and coming up with a solution to keep them up and running. Understanding the fundamentals of Apple’s ecosystem allowed for me to eliminate hours, sometimes even days, of downtime for clients. Business has no time for downtime.
As a manager, I focused on the customer service experience for my colleagues and customers, in addition to product implementation in a business. With the growth of bring-your-own-device strategies within organizations, they need to have a plan in place to support the growing popularity of Apple products in the workplace.
I understand the day-to-day challenges my clients face and am able to support their technological needs. While I focus on Apple products, I also hold a CompTIA A+ certification to support Window-based systems in mixed use environments.
